Shipping your package
Our sandals can be shipped anywhere in the world through UPS express national/international couriers with the possibility of package tracking and delivery without recipient signature. If you prefer a UPS Extra delivery with signature required, an additional cost will be applied, therefore we ask that you contact us before selecting this method. Whatever shipping option you decide is best for you, we will provide you with a link that enables you to track your package online and follow its progress.
Shipping costs include handling and postal fees. Handling costs are fixed while transport fees vary depending on intended destination. We advise that all chosen articles be grouped into one order. It is impossible to unify two orders made separately, therefore, shipping expenses will be charged for each order made.
The boxes are adequately spacious, ensuring that your sandals are well protected.
Once the order has been processed (and payment confirmed), we will proceed to create the desired sandal within 3 and 5 working days. Delivery times for couriers in Italy average 48/72 hours in addition to the necessary product creation times.
International shipment delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.
Return and Cancellation Policy
Sandals purchased through caprisandals.it are handmade by an artisan on express client order since no warehouse stock exists and sandals are not mass-produced. For this reason it is not possible to cancel or return an order, however, it is always preferable for clients to contact us in order to find the best solution.
We ask that you be sure to take great care when verifying your foot measurements with the downloadable pdf outlines that you can find in the Size Guide section by following the simple instructions carefully.
In the event, however, that the sandals are too big or too small, an exchange can be organized: the package should be sent back at the client’s expense to the following address;

If, on the other hand, the product received does not correspond to the order made on www.caprisandals.it as a result of an internal error (model, size, color or heel) we will take care of substituting it.
In the event that a package arrives damaged or tampered with/opened, please be sure to point this out to the courier upon delivery by writing “goods received unchecked” or by simply not accepting the package. In case the latter occurs, we advise that you contact us immediately to let us know.
